what makes me laugh are his glasses… actually few years ago those kind of glasses looked cheesy and old school but now it’s pretty fashion :o))) cool !!!
its actually a plot development. after the skin and stuff gets damaged or whatever so much that it cant repair itself it starts to decompose and get all waxy and stuff but thats probably only because of the lack of special effects haha

They made a wax model to make it look like Arnold.
This movie was made in 1984, they didn’t have CGI or advance graphics like todays movies.

He removed his eye simply because it was blocking his real eye. It was a damaged pile of blood in his way.
He cut his arm open to repair his motor functions.
and he’s robot too… But in someways maybe they were programmed to act like humans not to get attention
